ABOUT THE BOOK
Mind is the ultimate reality of the whole Cosmos. Mind is the matrix or field which consists of consciousness, mental factors or tendencies, feeling or perceptions, thoughts, emotions, memories etc. Now, whatever are the contents of our mind, same would be the reality of our life. Whether we are happy or unhappy, it depends on our mental constitution in terms of consciousness, mental factors or tendencies, feeling or perceptions, thoughts, emotions, memories etc. So, if we want to change our life, we will have to change our mental constitutions. .
This book explains all relevant facts related to mind in depths. It teaches various tools and techniques for eradicating negative contents of mind or transforming them in positive ones. Following are the features of this book:
1. It reveals the deeper secrets of Existence and Life.
2. It enables us realize our true ultimate existence.
3. It enables us develop total mind control.
4. It enables us realize Ultimate Bliss.
5. It helps us to cure all psychosomatic diseases.
6. It helps us transform our life in celebration and pure bliss.
APPARENT V/S ULTIMATE REALITY OF LIFE
1. We are not confined to the contour of our physical body.
2. The whole material universe including our body is made of vibrations. Solidity and appearance as one distinct reality is a myth due to our gross ability of observation.
3. The whole universe including our body is a constant flux. Nothing is totally static in this universe.
4. The whole universe including our physical body appears, sustains and disappears every moment.
5. We are just a concept. We are not a fixed entity having our own inherent reality.
6. Our life has two components: Temporary vibrational Reality in a localized Space-Time Continuum and the Permanent Stratum i.e. the Infinite Eternal Space beyond Localized Time-Space Continuum
7. When we identify ourselves as temporary vibrational reality due to ignorance and unconsciousness, this is the source of all misery in our life.
8. Living with our consciousness focused on Formless Reality, i.e. Pure Eternal Infinite Space or Zero Field, is the spiritual life. Living with our consciousness focused on Form Reality like our body, matter, vibrational energy etc. is the worldly life.
9. There are three aspects of our life: Ultimate Life, Conventional life, Actual Momentary Life. Ultimate Life happens when our consciousness is focused on Pure Formless Eternal Infinite Space. Conventional Life is our worldly life when our consciousness is focused on Form Reality. Actual Momentary Life is the content of our Momentary Consciousness.
If the content of our consciousness is pain, our life is pain; if the content of our consciousness is thrill, we are thrill; if the content of our consciousness is sensory perception, then we are just the sensory perception. Whatever is the thought, thought itself is the thinker.
10. Now, what kind of life you want to live, the choice is yours. Ultimate Life is eternal and infinite, inherent with pure bliss, free from birth and death. Conventional life is a vicious circle of birth and death, full of misery and conditional temporary gross excitement, perceived through limited sense organs functional with hormones. Actual momentary life is just a momentary bubble in which we don’t exist anywhere at all.
11. All Form Realities are composite reality. All composite realities do not exist on their own; rather our mind imputes on it, giving a certain shape, form and perception.
12. The physical body with which we identify ourselves is the biggest myth because this physical body is not the result of our consciousness. It comes from our parents. Nothing is here totally ours. Consciousness is not within our physical body; rather our physical body is within our consciousness.
13. Whatever is the content of our consciousness, basically we are that in that moment of consciousness. Since content of our consciousness keeps changing, so our life changes moment to moment. Hence, we are constant flux.
14. Till we are trapped in consciousness of duality, we are prone to all misery and sufferings. Till our consciousness is in the state of non-duality, we are free from all misery and sufferings and we are in the state of total freedom and ultimate Bliss.
FOR PRACTICE
1. Sit or lie down comfortably with your eyes closed. Bring your attention to your physical body and feel it as bundle of vibrations. Visualize that these vibrations have been settling down by and by and finally all vibrations have disappeared in the Zero Field. Now, only the Zero Field, the Pure Space is left free from all vibrations.
2. Now, bring your attention to thoughts or emotions present in your mind and same way feel all these thoughts and emotions as bundle of vibrations. Visualize that these vibrations have been settling down by and by and finally all vibrations have disappeared in the Zero Field. Now, only the Zero Field, the Pure Space is left free from all vibrations.
3. Now, just relax in Pure Space free from all thoughts, emotions and forms. Be in Bliss.
EMPTY SPACE MEDITATION
Firstly, sit or lay down comfortably. Look in front. Which matter or form reality is visible? All the forms are just vibrations in space. These vibrations have to disappear one day or the other, but the space will remain there always.
Just visualize that those vibrations have disappeared and only the empty space is left. Fix your consciousness on this empty space and make your consciousness merged with this empty space. Only this empty space is the eternal and infinite reality. Having the consciousness merged with this empty space is the way to realize the infinity and eternity.
Now, continue the same practice with having attention focused on other solid things or other form reality. Continue the whole body. Make your awareness free from the form reality and remain just as empty space awareness with no form reality.
Now bring your attention to your body. Your body too is just a community of vibrations. These vibrations have to disappear one day or the other, but the space will remain there always. Just visualize that those vibrations have disappeared and only the empty space is left. Fix your consciousness on this empty space and get merged with this empty space. We are not the vibrations; rather we are the conscious empty space.
Now bring your attention to all sound and light around you. These sounds and light too are just vibrations in empty space. These vibrations have to disappear one day or the other, but the space will remain there always. Just visualize that those vibrations have disappeared and only the empty space is left. Fix your consciousness on this empty space and get merged with this empty space.
Now, your consciousness is free from all form realities including all sounds and light. Only free empty space is left. Let your awareness get merged with this free empty space which is infinite and eternal.
Now you are an infinite and eternal reality inherent with Ultimate Bliss.
